Who doesn't qualify for a Letter of Medical Necessity?
Most customers qualify, however if you are pregnant or have significant cardiovascular risks you will not be approved for a LMN.You must take the assessment for yourself and additional partners, children, or spouses will need to take individual assessments to qualify. Children under 18 years of age will not qualify for a LMN.
